Default Project 4x4 cushman utv max

ok... gonna start this thread and keep you posted on the progress. started off with a cushman that was recovered from a pool. found most the info on stock electronics, how to test the controller, wire diagrams, etc. most info is was found from the manufactures of the parts for the cushman. cushman can send you the manual for your cart if you give them the model and serial number. (FOR THE CUSHMAN GUY) and i found a motor like mine on ge web page.

My plan is to set up the front axle like a unimog axle. i have a miser axle from a one man cart that is narrow. this will allow the room needed to add gear drive and knuckle for steering. Just an ideal for now but when i get started i will post some pics.
