Default Differential problems

I have a 92 electric ezgo. I wish to check the gear oil level in the differential. I have located a plug about 2" above the bottom of the sump which I assume is the drain. Is this also the fill plug and you fill the casing until the oil reaches this level?

Yes, bottom of the fill hole is FULL.
