In the pic it looks like the driven is not open all the way. If not, the drive can never close for top speed. It's a problem with one, or the other.

If wider it may not go as far down in the driven and therefore can't climb to the top
of the drive. |

Flint, could he have been having trouble with the old clutch and masked it
with the torque spring and its just the way it is now? The other thing although I doubt it is the new clutch has a different bore depth and the offset could be wrong? |
