THIS POST IS FOR IRON & STEEL,

go to EZGO GAS TECH FORUM at the top of forum list.
go to the post " need ezgo manual, diagram, or ID help".
scrow down and you'll see a sticky that shows very thing you need to
do a rebuild.

good luck, Dew

First things first if you aren't getting spark...

Check all connections and make sure you didn't knock something loose! Spark plug wire...both ends.. and keep going. Even if the other electrical connections look good, wiggle your wires where they connect and be sure it's a good connection!

You dug this one from the grave but i'll see if i can help. First i would check all grounds and scrape any rust, paint, ect off. Then i would check your compression, anything below 90psi it shouldnt run. Without good compression you wont have good gas flow cause the pump is a pulse type which works off of compression. Pull the line off the carb and see if it shoots a good size stream of gas by turning it over. MAKE SURE you put the rear of the cart on jackstands first. You dont want a runaway cart. If all that checks out you could tear the carb apart and clean it real good. Heres a diagram of the carb. The circled jets need extra attention and cleaning.
