Junk.

Have you or anyone considered a SWAY BAR setup on the cart.

Front and rear would keep it all together.

Frames are now attached and are removable in case the motor should ever need to be pulled. The cart now has an adjustable air-ride suspension in series with the 300EX ATV suspension. Motor install. 300EX drive train was changed from stock 14front/38rear sprockets to 12front/40rear.

I will be selling the parts of the EZ GO that I will not be using on this project: Rear end assembly, tires, fuel pump, clutch, etc. Leave your phone number if interested, before I put them on Ebay or Craigslist. The original cart is a 1990 EZ GO Marathon GX444.

Thoughts and ideas are greatly encouraged!

Any news on this thing? I am doing something very similar with an electric 1992 EZ Go marathon and a Yamaha Blaster 2 stroke.

I threw on the wiring harness the other day just to hear how loud it'll be and to see how the new fuel pump works. Below is the Youtube video.

Also below will be a link to the Ebay page where I am selling the rear assembly of the 1990 EZ Go GX444 Marathon.

I'm having a minor hiccup currently, the bottom of the transmission case seems to have a very slow leak. Therefore, I am going to have to make some negative progress and pull the engine and attempt to fix this leak. Any ideas on how to fix small oil leaks on aluminum cases would be extremely helpful!

Looks bad a** . But u mite have some problems with over heating because u won't have any air flow in the carts engine bay. Cents that 4a wheeler engine is air cooled u mite want to put a fan in there. Keep posting on this I want to see it finished. :-)
