Mine is an st 4x4 i have had so many electrical problems I love the cart but may want to get ride of it as it eats regulators like they are candy

It looks like the yellow wire comes directly off of the battery. It sounds like it could be part of the issue.

I will see if I can find out more.

I repaired the wire just wondering if it had anything to do with regulator failure they are getting pricey

Did you have a chance to check the part no. on the half shafts on your buggy. I am running into the same issue needing shafts for mine.

It is not the same half shaft. It fits the output side, but it does not fit the hub properly. I found this out the first time I put it in 4wd.

Try the local CV shop to get your half-shafts rebuilt. Got mine done here (Tampa) for $120 a side.
