Default Really rough three wheel EZGO

I've just been given an old three wheel EZGO that's in pretty rough shape, someone already started disasembly, clutch that is attached to motor has been removed' needs a new battery. I'll have to see if I can get it started before I make a decision to proceed. If it will start up and run. It looks like a project in the making. From what I've read on the threads so far it looks like I'm in the right place. I will post pics later and maybe some one can tell me what I have, I haven't found any numbers other than on the motor these are ( Model EC25DS 244cc Motor number 115889 ) Clutch is supposedly bad. I don't even know what year it is. All assistance is appreciated.

Lift the seat and see if there is a tag on the frame rail with model numbers. Welcome to BGW

Couldn't find any numbers on the frame or by the glove box I would assume it is a 12 volt system but figured I'd ask before I put a battery in it. I took some pictures and will post them as soon as I figure out how to do it. It's really rough.
