1996 804 with 1997 350 cc has no power
my 1996 804 has a fresh overhauled 1997 bored .040 over 350cc that was installed by my golf cart shop. I have put 3 carburetors on it and i have it running smooth but it has no power on a hill. It runs great on level ground but the inclines kill it. I have a factory EZGO
350 carb on it now . i checked the valves and they seem to be right. i don’t have a compression gauge but it seems to have comp. if i turn it by hand . It starts ok but acts really cold natured. My golf cart dealer says it is where i am used to my old 92 2 cycle marathon cart? any ideas or comments |

Re: 1996 804 with 1997 350 cc has no power
I have a st-350 and it had a hard time starting when cold and didnt have power. I adjusted the valves and presto! Easy starts and way more power. My valves were just barely off too.
