drivin clutch issue
can anyone tell me how to get the secondary clutch on my 91 ezgo 2 stroke off for some reason the cart shifts out fine and other times i can barly get it to do 8 miles an hour with no gov and on 23 inch tires i cleaned carb new fuel pump 120 psi in cylinder im so lost on this thing its driving me crazy so i guess im down to the clutches i checked primary seemed to look fine how many times do you need to wind that primary spring is another quistion i have and how to pull the drivin and inspect thanks guys

Remove the belt,and center-bolt on the clutch,It should slide off.Just about any inspection that you are doing,can be done with it in the cart.If you wind the Primary-Spring,it will make it more aggressive on take-off(more Low-end torque)due to engaging at higher RPM.I would see if the bushing is gone on the secondary sliding-sheave.If it rocks up/down,side/side its' shot and will operate erradically(shift sometimes,other times stay in Low and not get any speed).Hope this helps.

i think i finally found the issue the carb keeps spraying fuel out ov the air filter is soaked not sure float seems to be set right and problem continues checked reeds and thier good
