Help with ID on Possible Cart Purchase?

I have been looking for a project cart to build and use at my campground. (Must be electric). Came across this cart and need to get any advice possible. I can pick this up for 100.00 as is in the picture. No batteries, or charger. I am drawn to the interesting body design, but wonder if it is asking for trouble. I do want to get it "moving" at some point and just don't know if I am asking for trouble here. lol any thoughts would be great. Frank
