97 cart is now starting, and we drove it around
ran fairly well, however it just seemed like it wanted to run faster
after reading a lot of these pages- I know not to remove governer bu I keep reading about the rev limiter? I have gone through parts manuls and seemed to overlooked- where and how to adjust and any suggestions on how to prevent theft?, battery kill switch? toggle under the dash? thanks Chris |
