I got a 92 and I put the preload clockwise. I will look at the carb settings and jack the rear up and try to get it to open correctly before driving it. Thanks for all your input

I took all the preload out and it is working great. For now

I've had the preload both direction and it will not work. So I put it together with no preload and it is working great.
