ezgo 3pg backfires and will not start
hey im new here im working on a ezgo with the 3pg 2 stoke engine I have rebuilt the top end of the engine and also a new carb and new fuel pump I have the carb adjusted to 1 1/2 turns out the cart seems like it runs fine then it will backfire and will not start back any ideas will help a lot

wesp1989, first off, welcome to the forum. This is a common issue we've seen on this forum, please use the search option at the top of the screen to see what's already been asked. But to provide a simple, quick recommendation, check the piston to make sure the mark on top is pointing in the right direction.... a piston in backwards will cause a similar condition.

ok I will search the forum I have the piston in with the ports on the piston to the intake side
