All controls operate on 36v. Hook test meter to main negative of battery pack, then probe the wires at switches for 36v+.

Hey cg tech tested key switch for 36 volts saying 30 volts! But tested batteries and they r low also! What else can I test is there a test I can run on excel pedal? And is there anything else I can test? Thanx again

Check for full (36 volts) at both sides of the fuse.

Ok so fuse should have 36 volts on both sides? This fuse is # ten red fuse?

number one thing.to test. test the charger to see if it can charge the batteries. 30v aint squat.

No one, not even Johnnieb, can diagnose a cart without a known-good battery pack. Period.
