The wires in the DC plug look good. The plug is cracked so I'll get another one, but u have to figure out why it's not charging first

Check for power thru the AC circuit breaker. Check the DC fuse (at the back of the charger case) for continuity. When you plug the dc cord into the car do you see the series of lights? Do you hear the relay "click" after several seconds?

One thing I know is that the charger you have is awesome!!! One thing to know is that you want to plug it in to a dedicated circuit. You don't wanna plug it in to a circuit that is sharing power for any large appliances or power consuming devices. You want strong power to the charger so it can really heat the batteries.
