New to the site, pretty interesting stuff. Just pulling my old cart in to get the lights and all working again. And build a bag rack since my original one is missing. Love this cart- been sitting for a year and fired right up! What do you guys think?

Re: Sunclassic
Cool G3a. Check fuses under seat & fuse panel under the hood. The multifunction switch with turn signals & headlight switch is known for trouble due to age. It is not available anywhere. Can be disassembled & cleaned tho.

Re: Sunclassic
I love those carts and have been keeping an eye out for one in my area to come up for sale. One came up last year but the owner was hooked on that American Pickers show or something and was convinced that the thing was worth $8,000 in non-running condition.

Re: Sunclassic
I have heard that those are some quick golf carts. What do you get for top speed?
I just posted one here in the craigslist thread, he wants 1,800 I think and it was all working and running good |

Re: Sunclassic
They are slow, golf course speeds. Resistor speed control. I have al as wanted to build a hotrod one with a proper motor & speed control on 48v.

Re: Sunclassic
Yep, do the governor stuff & it will go pretty good, for being heavy compared to most carts.
