Default G2/G9 a little help please

Okay it's been about 7 months since I tore my G2 project down and I am having debate on the proper position on how to mount the back seat support bar. Referring to the pics on the OEM parts page I have it on correctly, the problem I'm having is that one the back side of the support bar are another set of holes that allow the locator pins of the seat backs to fall into, which then makes me assume that I have the bar on backwards. I do remember that I had to remove a bolt from the backside that held on the plastic side pillars.. I am adding some pics. hopefully someone can get me straightened out.

the last pic. has a welded nut inside that is where the side pillar was bolted to along with the plastic rivets holding it on.

the 4th pic. shows the locator pins that positions the seat backs..

Thanks Mike..went over to the members ride section and looked at a lot of the G2 from other members.. I think I had it on backwards and was right in thinking there was no way it was on right. I had forgotten about the metal side pillars needed some repair work at the tops and was confusing me a little on how they bolted up.

Sounds good, your cart is coming around nicely, taking your time and doing it right.., cant wait to see the final outcome.. one of these days I'll start mine, every time I get a few bucks set a side for my build my kids sniff it out.. .. I swear they cost me more now than they did before they moved out....

Lol..so far I have been lucky with my 2 oldest, maybe I should hit them up for some cash flow to finish my project cart.. lord knows I invested plenty into their childhood.

Now the youngest who's got another year..she's a whole different story.
