Brake upgrade for stock g29
So I have done a few upgrades to my cart, but I really don't want to buy new rims/tires, and I like the stock height. However, it gets going pretty good and I know the internal brake isn't ideal at this point. Has anyone heard of any brake kits that will work for a Yamaha G29 that has the stock rims/tires/height?

Might try changing the transaxle gear lube and adding 4 oz of friction modifier. Also you can adjust the brake cable.

Re: Brake upgrade for stock g29
I did. It works great, but I'm at around 27 mph so I just want to play it safe. Probably gonna have to get some 12" wheels and jake's front discs. Thanks a ton for your response. You guys are great.
