Also remember when you pull the motor to check/replace the armature bushing, be sure to check the input shaft for excessive movement/play.

It actually doesn't sound like a grind, it is more of a clunking sound. It doesn't grind or make any noise with any throttle, just when i release the pedal or start to apply the brake.

Or that is what i am telling myself...

The noise at the very end sounded like your tires were rubbing on the body or the wheel well. If you think that is the case, check to make sure your rear end is not sliding around!
