Default G14 Gas Governor Installation

This is my first post so bare with me. I purchased a 1995 G14 gas golf cart that had the rear end taken out. I bought it as a project to do in my spare time. I am trying to put the governor back on and I am a little confused on how the cables are attached. Could any one post or attached a picture or give a detailed explanation. The side I am most confused on is the cabled with the small spring attached. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
