Default G29 reverse alarm

Is it possible/practical to esily reduce the sound of the reverse alarm?

How and where?

It's in the front under the cowl, but accessible from under the cart. Stick one of those foam hearing plugs in it.

Or cover it with a piece of electrical tape. Then if it is too quiet, poke a hole or two in it with a paper clip. You want to hear it, but barely.

Did the electric tape cover and works well. I think it's good to have some sound when in reverse but no need to pierce the ear drums.
