Default 2015 Drive overcharging with OEM charger

I have a 2015 drive that is intermittently overcharging. When i catch it overcharging the led on the charger is blinking red. I unplug it wait a minute plug it back in and the green charge complete comes on. Other times it charges normally. I would say it charges normal 50% of the time. Anyone else seen this issue?

It's called equalization charge, it's normal, the charger is programmed to do this when it "thinks it needs to". This is noted in the charger manual.
