Default Cart not doing anything

I have a Yamaha 48v cart that I replaced the controller on (Alltrax 400). I did not replace the solenoid or motor but had plans to when I got some money. Cart ran great with the new controller and I was extremely happy. Few days later I went to take it out and had nothing with key was turned and accelerator was pressed. Called D & D (where I got the controller) and they sent me a new heavy duty solenoid (arrived Friday after they were already closed). I installed the new solenoid just like they have on their website and still have nothing. No lights on the alltrax controller, no back up alarm sounding or no click from solenoid. Batteries are at 51v and all 12 volt accessories work. Will be calling D&D in the morning but is there any suggestions in the mean time?

Thanks in advance

Check fuse, wiring harness, tow/run switch, key switch, F/R switch for continuity

I am headed home from the firehouse and will check all those soon.

I believe it is a YDRE or G29.

There is a small fuse holder near the controller, it was supposed to get it's 3a fuse replaced with a 10a when controller was replaced.

Wasn't able to call D&D today but did just check a few things.

Key switch has continuity in on position
F/R switch has continuity in both positions
Tow/Run Switch has continuity
50 volts on volt meter
All fuses I could find check out
Back up buzzer works when connected to 12 volts
No back up buzzer or resistance when cart is pushed backwards
Still no LED on new Alltrax controller although do have Blinking LED and Alltrax program will run when plugged in to computer

in the Alltrax program under gauges it doesn't that Keyswitch is On/Off, Forward and reverse input are both off, doesnt show that charger is plugged in when it is
