Never mind- the electric motor was seized up. Hard to get help in the Yamaha section...

You're welcome. I too picked up a G22E that was devoid of batteries but mine had a bad solenoid.

This one was obviously flooded- I’m betting the controller is toast too.

Maybe if you're lucky the water didn't get that high. An aftermarket motor and controller combo can be the same price as stock and offer more performance, if it comes to that. But you still need batteries after that too.

Controller ended up being fine. Redid the whole thing with new motor and batteries and sold it. Before and after below.

Didn't look to hard to get help in the Yamaha section. First time I have ever heard that. It only took 10 minutes to get your answer to your problem
