Matching Controller with HT Motor
I have read on a few posts that if you choose the wrong controller for the electric motor you have the cart will not run (properly). I this site is the place to ask for advice on which controllers I could possibly purchase based on a motor I have on a G22E. My Muric JU2-H6510-22 Controller died and was powering my HT Electric Inc. 48V, 4.3 HP motor (Model 5BC49JB1149). It is a 2005 Model and I recently bought it used and have replaced/repaired a lot of items on the cart to bring it back to life. When it ran, the cart scooted around at 21 - 23 mph.
Looking to understand what I'm looking for as a replacement controller to assure speed is maintained and I don't get robbed in price. |

Re: Matching Controller with HT Motor
Call Alltrax and give them that long 5BC number, they will tell you if they have a map (probably do). Any Alltrax controller over 300 amps will get you even more speed and torque than before.
