No I haven't heard from SVCC. I don't plan on hearing from him and I don't want to at this point. I’m no longer worried about voiding a warranty because it’s obvious that there never really was a warranty to begin with! I'm through with him. As far as the cart goes, I still have it. Plowman sent me new clutches to get her up and running again. I've just got it on the back burner at the moment. I want to make sure all the kinks are worked out, then I may be selling it to my cousin that is interested in it.

Don is getting ready to port a cylinder head for my Hot Setup G16 yard cart. A cart built by him must by awesome.

I think this is a double edge sword. I've been reading this since it was posted.

What I mean by double edge is that immediately I thought take SVCC to court. It's an easy win for the OP...but it sounds like the OP is more concerned about the big picture and warning others. After thinking about this for a while, I think the OP took the better approach to hurting the guy more! Getting the word out so people know how this clown is and hopefully people won't patronize him. This could hurt him a lot more in the long run as apposed to taking him to court because he would probably get his money back but be ordered to not speak about it. I am from this area and will be telling anyone that is looking for anything cart related to steer clear of SVCC!

Surprised he hasn't responded recently since he is frequently logged in here.

I'm not. It's much easier to ignore, claim ignorance, and pretend you didn't see it than to step up to the plate. Especially with OP's screen shots and documentation, it's pretty hard to disprove black and white facts.

I asked him how a Plowman cart can do 30+ mph and Dale said he deals in “real numbers” and will build a cart that “won’t blow up”.
This Dale must be a special kind of loser to be putting the mouth on Don Plowman and questioning the veracity of the "numbers" when back in May of 2014 he described a cart he was selling like this....

Then, he says he took a potential buyer for a ride on this cart and went 37 MPH...

I don't own a Yamaha, but I did buy a Plowman's posi for my EZ-GO TXT. When I spoke to Don Plowman he was simply a class act guy!! He emphasized that I must clean out all of the "petro-based" oil and install a synthetic oil.

Don did a "small plug" when I was on the phone with him....He said if I ever wanted a "real" performance cart......get one of his YAMAHA's!!

I don't doubt his YAMAHA builds are top of the line!!!
