Re: Oil question
Don't know if mobile1 is technically compatible with air cooled engines (higher than water-cooled oil temps), but I bet it would be ok.

Re: Oil question
Mobil Oil's concern from their technical people was the oil foaming up in the PTV Drive 2 2019 gas cart. I finally got through to Yamaha and they suggested the Yamalube LUB 10W30 gg oil, it does in a 12-quart pack, or individually, in quarts on the Internet. This is what I use now.

Re: Oil question
Wait now, a splash lubed engine is making mobile 1 fully synthetic oil foam up? But yamalube doesn’t foam up? I can’t see where yamalube is superior to mobile 1 synthetic oil. I have a drive 2 and was considering mobile 1 oil into it. I usually buy Castrol gtx oil for all my splash lube small engines. They want around $8 a quart here for yamalube, which is a joke. Fully synthetic is cheaper to go with.
