I had to learn this lesson the hard way. I bought four 20x10x8 Carlisle Turfmaster tires for my Carryall 1. They would fit on the back with an offset wheel and would not work on the front even with the offset wheel. A lift was needed to get the tire to clear the frame. I believe the DS and Carryall have the same front end. The problem with that is, most lift kits with the exception of a spindle kit, require a 10" or bigger rim.

I tried the tires on and the only way they would fit is if you used an offset rim or added 2 in. wheel spacers.
