Default Name that part!

Title is a spinoff...lol
Neighbor has a G5 gas cart

had a get together ,had about 9 kids on it
mud flap got ripped off
ripped a bunch of wires off
along with this part..........
the item in pic I am sure had a cover on it with a plug
this is all thats left
I would like to know what this part is called? CDI box maybe?
part # would also help

so i can post a wanted ad to locate a used part
if anyone can help it would be appreciated

voltage regulator if it was on the drivers side rear wheeel


passenger side close to fuel tank ignitor box

I've never seen anything mounted on the inner fenders of a G5. The AVR (voltage regulator) and Ignitor should be mounted on the passanger side frame upright just forward of the battery. I've never seen the cover off the ignitor or voltage regulator so I can't tell from the picture, sorry.

Well a pic doesn't appear too well with the cell phone camera.
The part is bolted to the side of the fuel tank underneath the fuel pump
next to the starter cylinoid, according to the owner.
Apppears to be 6 wires that plug into it, unclear on the wires for the harness took a beating also
