Default lift and steering

i have a Yamaha golf cart and im installing my own lift on it. 6 inch stilts (square tubing) on the back shocks. and modified the a arm brackets in the front lowered them 6 inches. from stock center to center. but now i have ran into a problem with the steering. not reaching the spindle and to make it reach i need to make up some brackets but now you can crank the wheel all the way to the right and it doesn't seem to travel very far. any insight or pictures of some brackets that any one has made up please send much appreciated

you need some spacer that goease on the spindle bracket
because your tie rod tubes will be too short have a look on jakes site at a G14kit there is 2 aluminum spacer that come with the kit to solve that problem

on a 4 inches kit you can get away without it

but not on a 6 inches lift

I put 1"X1"X2 1/2 aluminum blocks with two holes drilled in them between the spindle and spindle arms, that raised it 1".
I also bolted a piece of heavy wall 2"X3" square tubing to the spindle arm and drilled the top for the tierod end.
That brought it up another 3" for a total of 4".
