I don't believe the 94c were ever made in 1 1/8, I think you're gonna have to find an 1190 or or another model clutch.
Put a wanted ad in the "for sale" section here,explain your case, you might get lucky....

Well, I did some looking and the 94c was made in 1 1/8 bore. The 44c magnum also came in an 1 1/8 and was rated to 25 hp engines

awesome thanks flint. ill put an ad up on here for one.. and im not sure how to rebuild the clutches to engage at specific rpms. so if i found a 94c off of a snowmobile would i be able to re adjust it to engage in the 1700 rpm range necessary for a cart?...

You could by adjusting the cam weights and spring, but most snowmobile clutches are gonna be tapered......
Dooms, did they make any odels with straight shafts??

thanks flint! i really appreciate that. i guess my next step it to give tom a call and ship my rear clutch to him to have him machine that for me to accept that 1-3/16 belt.. but thanks for finding that i searched alot and never found anything.. thanks for all your guys help!!!

Talk to him first, it's only another 1/16", personally I don;t think the new clutches were machined that close to know the diff......might even be better without

thats what i was thinking too.. see what a belt looks like on there... but i shot tom an email asking his opinion.. i do believe the stock belt is a 1" so 3/16... not that much..
