Default 85ish ezgo

Have a friend that has a I believe 85
takes off slow speed fine as you accelerate
it loses power. in process of recharging all batteries
individually. At first I thought the solenoid was bad
but it does seem to be the case.has 37 v at the
end 36.8 at solenoid.Each battery is 6v plus.It has a
indicator that is flashing
Any suggestions would be appreciated
thanks
