95 EZGO Medalist 36V mystery power
Having some issues with my ezgo 95 Medalist 36 V electric cart. While examining some diagnostics options(detailed in another lengthy post) , I have completely detatched and isolated the battery pack completely from everything and I still read voltage at the solenoid posts. Is this normal ?. I have an ok meter (Fluke multi) but it seems strange to read 36-ish at the big posts with absolutely no connection to power source. Of course, I am more experienced riding the cart, rather than repairing it, so please forgive my question if foolish and thanks in advance for any advice,
