Default driven clutch will not engage

My drive clutch will not engage , it just spins. When I rotate it, it makes a sound like loose parts. is there any repair?

I would start by removing the clutch and dissasembling to inspect the internal components. By way of previous posts I don't think there are any replacement parts for the drive clutch short of a kit that has a power spring in it for higher rpm engagement.

Ezgo driven has little known about replacement ramp buttons........ nobody ever ~ ever services these clutches ..... the reason being is that they continue to work as they self destruct. The entire helix is available also.
Sounds like you will be looking for a new clutch.
