Default light kit install problem

Well this is a first for me. I have a n 06 precedent w/350 motor. Purchased a Madjax head and taillight kit. Supposed to be plug and go. The plugging went very well, with all the harnesses. However lights won,t work. If I use a test light grounded to the battery I have juice all the way to the bulbs. when test light is removed there is no juice anywhere. it appears to me to be a ground problem, but i am not very knowledgeable on wiring and such. any Ideas on where to start now?

thank you for the reply. the ground is in the harness supplied with the kit. it all plugs into the factory harness.
sorry i am not computer savy enough to download the instructions. i did get a copy of them form madjax.com.

since the ground is in the harness i assume it is grounded like everything else on the cart. you know what they say about assumptions.
thanks again for the reply.

Go to the site/page where U got the instructions.
then copy and past the URL here

It sounds like the ground needs to be connected back to -Neg battery some way.
Perhaps the factory harness has a broken wire ?
