Re: Newb with questions
a lot depends on the make and model cart, engine, etc ... an older 2-stroke EZGO (if the engine is strong, muffler clean, carb clean, etc) will get you about 15mph with stock tires, if you want to pull the governor (possibly a bad plan, especially if you're a leadfoot) and swap out to 22" tires with a lift (as I did) you'll get an easy 23-24mph (as I do)
For a few grand, the newer carts can be converted to Big Blocks, it's a ton of $ but it's also 47mph+ ... |

Re: Newb with questions
my 1988 2-stroke runs absolute circles around my buddies freshly rebuilt 4-stroke, hill climbing is no contest either ... NOW, the 2-stroke makes a lot more noise, lacks finesse when under accel or driving, etc - 2 different carts, to be honest.

Re: Newb with questions
For starters being 14, you should know how and where to add some punctuation to your posts.
We prefer it as it makes for a more understandable read. Now about the language, you kiss you mother with that mouth? Spend some time surfing the search option in the blue bar above, there is a lot of good info here and good people to help when you find your direction. And Welcome to BGW!!! |

Re: Newb with questions
I've had about 18 hours sleep since Monday but I can still properly punctuate a sentence and carry on a respectful conversation.
Alright, maybe a little toooo brash, I think I can sleep Sunday. |
