welcome to BGW, have you cranked engine with hose off to see if it spits anything from engine? have you tried cleaning it there? and how did you determine fuel pump is good?................................

The pump works on pulses (push pull). What are you hearing?

yea,but im not getting that pulse, push pull out of the vacum line, and what im hearing is when im putting a long peice of hose on the fuel pump an working it with my mouth,it will squirt gas like it is suppose to,but im just not getting the vacum out of the motor.also i checked to see if the hose was clogged and it was free flow in or out by mouth.

Even low compression should show a little something.

What motor are you working on?
Some Club Cars have a rubber plug in the back of the block under S/G that is used for an oil fill tube on other applications.
Check to see if it is gone, they do get brittle and fall/blow out when old.
