Default Sticking/Binding F/R Lever 93 Gas Club Car

Hi,
I have a 92 or 93 Gas Club Cart that seems to have a stiff, F-R lever. in previous seasons it would move much more freely. Any suggestions, help would be appreciated.

welcome to BGW try lubing it at the trans where the movement is and if that dosn,t help it could be in the casing itself......you can try spraying pb blaster in there but it will need time to work ..................if all else fails................. a new one......................

Spray lube on all the exposed lever and linkage if that don't help remove the cable and check it for free operation, hang it from the ceiling & pour wd40 or ? down it ... while the cable is disconnected check the differential lever for easy movement.

Thanks for the help! I was able to lube it on the linkage on top of the transmission, after determining the cable moved freely when unhooked from tranny. Seems like all is working ok now.
