94 DS carb issues
I just finished a complete transformation on this golf cart. It was running fine before, but afterwards I took the cart for a long ride. Ran fine. While the Cart sat overnight it leaked half a tank of fuel out of the carb overflow tube. Upon trying to start it today, I drained the filter and pump and all the fuel in the crab. Managed to get it to start. However it still is blowing a massive amout of fuel out of the over flow tube upon starting... Any ideas?

Your problem is the needle and or seat in the carb,it works like a toilet when the fuel gets used it lowers the float which is attached to the needle and let's more fuel in,so if something gets stuck like the float/ needle or a tiny piece of dirt gets between the needle and seat it will overflow, just like the toilet will continue running and you have to jiggle the handle to make it stop it's the same principle.
