unwanted acceleration
just picked up a 99 gas club car. Cart is in excellent condition and looks bone stock. Only problem i have is that its almost impossible to drive slow??. When i push the gas pedal its like its at 1/2 throttle when it kicks in, so in order to drive slow im constantly having to lift off the gas completely to coast then back on the throttle...gotta be something out of adjustment just dont know where to start. Thanks for any input guys! im new to this.
