Don't need to remove "anything" anything? You accessed it under the seat?? I really don't know... I haven't looked for the filler hole yet!!

Ones a drain, other is fill hole.

I was the same as Golf Cart Guy. Crawled underneath and filled with CG's mixture. Filled till it came out the fill hole.
