Actually, a "posi" is a limited slip. A locker would have the cart moving. I havent seen one for a cart, though.

I used to go through one hub a year until I changed to Ausco Disk Brakes. That was almost 4 years ago. No more stripped hubs.
How does the Ausco hubs stop the stripping? Is it just better steel?

Bottom line - yes
The OEM hubs and aftermarket reproductions are al soft material good for golf but we all know we put more stress on the axles and hubs than a round of golf... so hence - the need for stronger hubs.

The hubs are made from cast iron which is a soft metal.

They actually hold up pretty good if installed properly.

Coat the axle shaft splines with anti seize make sure the thin washer is there it goes on the axle shaft up against the bearing then slide the hub on then the thick washer and tighten the nut with an impact gun and I mean tight install the cotter pin. Done.

They will actually hold up very good installed this way.

There you have it no need for upgrades. Call Ausco and tell them to stop production, demmit

I don't appreciate your smart a$$ comment.

I simply offered advice stating the stock ezgo brake hubs if installed properly will hold up.

As a fellow professional in the golf industry I regard your comment as childish and unprofessional.
And offered no added value to this thread.
