With the cart in forward, rotate the driven clutch by hand the same direction (CCW), does the cart move forward?

I got it running last night finally. The cam gear had rotated about a quarter turn on the cam. There is a small button type stud that holds the gear in place. It messed up the gear but I had a spare. Not sure if it was something I possibly did or the shop that rebuilt it. I learned a heck of alot from tearing through it. I appreciate everyones imput and assistance during a very frustrating time. As I begin the next phase on my ezgo limo, I look forward to hopefully helping others BGW. Thanks for the help! Tommy
