Re: Time for some new Battery's
Price seems high for unknown battery brand.
What are the battery specs. Have you looked at Trojan u s batteries or crown batteries ? |

Re: Time for some new Battery's
I just did a bunch of research a few weeks ago before buying a set of US Batteries and their name never came up but I was only looking at 8v batteries.
You might want to contact them again and ask if your current charger is compatible with their batteries. |

For 8v wet cell look at Trojan T875 and Crown CR170-190

Re: Time for some new Battery's
I know when you're looking for batteries you're sometimes limited to what you can find. I've heard of people having good life with Duracell which is made by East Penn the makers of Deka and available at Sam's. I've been using Deka on my boat for years and have got good life out of them. The last deep cycle ones lasted for 9 years. I have to agree with Cobra,1 that the best are Trojan, Crown and US battery. And as Sideways said, make sure your charger has the correct charging profile for charging what you purchase. It does make a difference.

Re: Time for some new Battery's
I changed out my one year old Deka batteries after limping home after just a 8 mile run too many times
