Default 83 ezgo motor rebuild problems

Hi everyone. I'm excited about my newly acquirred ezgo! I'm can do all sorts of mechanic work but these are new to me. It is in need of a motor rebuild as it didnt have compression. I pulled the motor, head, sleeve, and piston. The piston was shot, I believe someone forgot to mix the gas.... So I decided to do a total rebuild as the cart is in good shape for its age. I went to pull the clutch and pully on that end of the motor and the clutch just came off. How do I get the pully off that's behind the clutch? Also any tips on pulling the flywheel off the other side of the engine? I have the nut off and soaking it with penetrating oil. Any help or advise is greatly appreciated.

The flywheel has two Phillips head screws that come out so you can thread in bolts to use a steering wheel puller. If you're reusing the crankshaft put a small socket over the end of the crankshaft to protect it from the puller.

I've read thru that. Thanks though. I have already got the clutch itself off, however the pulley didn't come off with it. That's where I'm stuck at the moment.

Can you get a three legged gear puller over the pulley?

I thought the clutch and the pulley were attached?

Mine came off as an assembly when I just did my rebuild.
