If you can get non ethanol gas that's what I would use

Re: Type of gas
Additives are usually bad news, as is ethanol. Avoid them if possible.

Re: Type of gas
Where I live, pure gas is not an option.
I have been using Startron in all of my small engines and motorcycles after ethanol related issues with a garden tractor many years ago. Not one problem since! I am using it in my new Yamaha Drive2 PTV as well. YMMV |

Re: Type of gas
You will pay more for it, but all Marinas offer non ethanol fuel for the boats, cause they have learned what ethanol fuel will do

Re: Type of gas
As far as a tank (around 6 gallons) will take you, it shouldn't be too big a deal.

Re: Type of gas
My cart with bigger tires was still pulling around 35 mpg when I was driving it to work everyday.
