Re: 2012 rxv wont move
But wait again!.
Ezgo offered 2 general brake designs. Their original design (with, and without lever). And their HD brake (now standard issue from the assembly line, identifiable by it's remoye plug with a pair of wires and "fatter" design). The original style is the only one suitable for 2012 and prior Danaher RXV carts. Either of their designs (standard or HD) should be suitable for 2012.5 and newer Curtis RXV carts. Any and all aftermarket, not from ezgo Rxv brakes are unsuitable for use on any Rxv in my opinion. I will soon start a new thread on both OEM Rxv brakes, with some description of each. |

Re: 2012 rxv wont move
This is the OEM Genuine EZGO HD brake. At least thats what they told me and they are an authorized EZGO dealer. I found them from EZGO's site. I do have the Curtis controller on mine. So I hope I made the right choice. Thoughts?

Re: 2012 rxv wont move
It's the Danaher controllers you don't want to use a HD brake on. And yes always buy a OEM brake for your RXVs.
