Default Figured out the buzzer issue

So after attaching some wires to the buzzer and battery and to the plug that had nothing plugged into it I was able to get the buzzer to work when in reverse. Having bought such an old cart that no doubt has been tinkered with over the years I'm assuming I'm missing the plug that's supposed to plug into the buzzer plug. For just over $100 I may just rewire the entire cart.

I always unplug the reverse buzzer anyway because they annoy me.

If you want it to work, I would just get some insulated bullet or spade connectors and just bypass the connector. No sense rewiring the entire cart just to make the buzzer work, unless there's something I'm missing here?

You can get 12v piezo buzzers on digikey or mouser for cheap if the buzzer itself is no good.

That's my plan. I wouldn't even bother to fix the buzzer but one of the camp grounds I go to insist I have a working buzzer. And I have to have it insured too!!!

Just say "beeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeep" every time you put it in reverse and otherwise enjoy the silence

Wow. Mine cost $79 for the year. You’re getting a deal.
