Default 2014 Yamaha Drive— Heat/Noise Foam with Aluminum layer

The new 2014 Drive has what looks to be about 1 inch foam with a layer of aluminum or something like that all around the inside body around the engine.
My 2015 does not have this and there is a noticeable sound difference.

I can’t find any markings on it so I don’t know if it’s oem or maybe the dealer installed it. The 2014 is 2 seater with 2 on the back. The 2015 is a 4 + 2 Concierge. So the engine is the next row back but it’s still loud.

Any idea what is on the 2014 ? Or recommendations for what to use?

Ju0-k8251-00-00 & ju0-k8252-00-00 are the ones for G22a, can be trimmed to fit. Can't find part number for the YDRA version. The above PN's are what I use.

So do I need one of each of those? Will that suffice around the entire body panel?

Thanks!

One is "right side, from wheel arch to the shifter", other is "left side, from wheel arch to the shifter".

How big of a PITA is putting it on without taking the body shell off and just working on it as is?

It'll suck. Especially at the corners, and around the shifter. Battery and gas tank would also need removed. But, since it has to be trimmed anyway, you can make it into as many pieces as you need to make the job easier.
