That's a good video. My operation is far from that for sure. There is a good gap between the belt and the sides of the clutch in the beginning. Cant remember if it's always been like that or not. Its frustrating because it was working great and now it just revs way up and goes maybe half the speed it usually would.

I thought I would post what I found out. I just received my new driven clutch today and that was the problem. The cart runs and drives perfectly again. Thanks for the help
